TPO
- 1Vapor Barrier
A polymeric vapor retarder specifically designed for use with single-ply roofing systems and as a vapor retarder for walls and ceilings. Super Six protects the roof insulation and membrane system components from the damaging effects of internal humidity.
Super Six may be used over any type of deck (concrete, steel, wood). Insulation must be either mechanically fastened or loose laid and ballasted. Super Six sheets are normally loose laid onto the roof deck and then seamed together with Tape or an approved sheathing tape

Polytherm is a highly energy efficient rigid insulation board composed of a closed-cell Polyisocyanurate foam core laminated to a fiber reinforced black non-asphaltic organic facer for superior bonding characteristics.

- 5T-Joint Cover Patch
EverGuard® T-Joint Cover Patches are created from a proprietary TPO formulation engineered to work with EverGuard® TPO single-ply membranes. EverGuard® TPO T-Joint Cover Patches create a membrane seal over T-joints that arise when installing a 60 or 80 mil EverGuard® TPO system.
GenFlex TPO T-Joint Covers are made from a high performance non-reinforced TPO compound. T-Joint Covers are specifically designed to seal T-Joints that
occur at seam intersections on TPO roofing systems. - 6Universal Corner
EverGuard® Universal Corners are molded from a proprietary TPO formulation engineered to work with EverGuard® TPO single-ply membranes. Inside Corners allow for fast flashing of base and curb corners.
GenFlex TPO Premolded Inside and Outside Corner is an injection-molded TPO component made from non- reinforced thermoplastic polyolefin and is specifically designed to be installed in roofing applications for flashing inside and outside corners. The TPO Corner must be field cut on the appropriate guidelines into either an inside or outside corner prior to installation using standard heat welding equipment and techniques.
- 7Bonding Adhesive
EverGuard® 1121 Bonding Adhesive is a contact-type bonding adhesive specially designed for bonding TPO single-ply roofing membranes and flashings to various roofing substrates. EverGuard® 1121 Bonding Adhesive is a general purpose rubber-based bonding adhesive for attaching TPO-based single-ply membranes to various substrates, including polyisocyanurate insulation and gypsum-based cover boards.
GenFlex TPO Bonding Adhesive is used to adhere GenFlex TPO membrane to various approved substrates including polyisocyanurate and wood fiberboard insulations. This adhesive must be used on GenFlex TPO applications requiring UL & FM ratings.

Bakor Vapor-Bloc® Non-Flammable Roofing Adhesive is a non-flammable, solvent-type asphalt roofing adhesive. Used for bonding asphalt/kraft papersheet vapor barrier to steel roof decks Vapor-Bloc® can also be used for bonding fibrous glass roof insulation to the vapor barrier or directly to the steel deck.
- 2Vapor BarrierThe primary function of an air barrier is to prevent or restrict air leakage through a building’s envelope. Air barriers are intended to control air flow from the exterior to the interior of a building, as well as from the interior to the exterior of a building.

GenFlex EPDM Bonding Adhesive is a solvent based contact adhesive designed specifically for bonding GenFlex EPDM membranes and flashings to GenFlex GL ISO, HD ISO, CG (Coated Glass Facer) ISO insulations, wood, metal, masonry and other acceptable substrates.

- 7Seam Tape
GenFlex Seam Tape is a cured Butyl based tape designed to provide a high strength, watertight seam in single-ply roofing membrane. GenFlex Seam Tape is soft and tacky for quick grab to EPDM, yet possesses high initial strength at 158°F (70°C. The tape is wound in rolls on a release liner.
- 8Tape Primer
GenFlex GenPrime is designed to clean and prime black GenFlex EPDM membranes prior to application of Peel & StickTM accessory as required by GenFlex Specifications. It is not for use on FlexWhiteTM EPDM membranes.
- 9Termination Bar
Termination Bar is intended for attaching and sealing flashing termination.
- 10Water Cut Off Mastic
Waterstop is a one-component, low viscosity, self wetting, butyl blend mastic designed to be used in conjunction with roofing systems. It is primarily used as a sealing agent between the GenFlex membranes and applicable when the membrane is being terminated using a compression type seal. Waterstop is an extremely tacky material and will remain as such when used with compression type terminations.
- 11Universal Sealant
GenFlex One-Part Pourable Sealer is a liquid flashing solution when combined with UltraFlashTM Fabric. This next-generation sealer was designed for application in difficult-to-flash areas such as angled pipes as low as six inches, the product conforms to any shape, is self-terminating, and cures quickly to deliver a watertight seal in about 90 minutes.
- 12LAP Sealant
Lap Sealant HS Sealant creates a secure, secondary seal along the roof’s edges, air vents, vent pipes and screw heads. Compatible with EPDM and TPO sheeting, it adheres firmly to aluminum, mortar, wood, vinyl, galvanized metal, fiberglass and concrete.
- 13Pre-cut Corners
GenFlex Peel & Stick™ EPDM Flashing is composed of uncured EPDM membrane laminated to a cured Butyl based adhesive tape. GenFlex Peel & stick EPDM flashing is specifically designed to be used in EPDM roofing applications for flashing pipes, inside corners, outside corners, and any application where uncured EPDM is required.

Protection Board is a continuously extruded flexible twin wall board made of polypropylene copolymer. Protection Board provides protection for all types of waterproofing membranes. Protection Board is used as protection of waterproofing membranes against possible damage during backfilling on a wide variety of applications such as foundation walls, roof decks, terraces, planters, promenades, etc.
- 7Perforated Felt x4Imperial Asphalt Saturated Felt is composed of a resilient, high-strength cellulose fiber mat, saturated with premium waterproofing bitumen. The product may be used as a hot mopped asphalt vapor retarder on certain substrates or as a membrane for multi-ply BUR systems.
- 8Type 6 Glass Ply SheetType 6 Glass Ply Sheet Asphalt Saturated Fiberglass Mat is composed of a high-strength inorganic, non-woven fiberglass mat, which has been thoroughly permeated with premium asphalt. Offering greater moisture resistance than a conventional four-ply organic felt built-up roofing system, this sheet’s surface is sanded to prevent sticking in the roll. Type 6 Glass Ply Sheet also offers superior “breaking strength” characteristics in both longitudinal and transverse directions, thereby enabling a four-ply application to provide even greater performance characteristics.

The bonding strength of IKO’s selvage edge technology offers excellent performance in any climate.

IKO Millennium Adhesive is designed for bonding approved roof insulations and roof board products to a building’s structural roof deck, and other insulation boards. It can also be used to bond smooth or properly prepared existing roof surfaces to coverboards in a re‑roof application.
- 2vapor Barrier
This vapour retarder is composed of modified SBS asphalt with a top surface of high density cross laminated polyethylene film.
MVP Sand is a peel and stick vapour retarder that is sanded on top to provide a non-slip surface and is designed for application in commercial roofing systems. MVP Sand consists of a resilient, non-woven glass fiber mat, which is permeated and coated with SBS modified bitumen to a thickness of approximately 1.35 mm (53 mils). The product’s silicone treated release film protects the self-adhesive backing and is easily removed during application. Its removable release selvage edges provides convenience without compromising on the efficiency.

Multi‑Use IKO S.A.M Adhesive is a surface conditioner where asphaltic self‑adhesive membranes are applied. It is suitable for use on most substrates including wood,glass mat/gypsum sheathing, masonry, concrete and metal.

Protectobase 180 is a composite of IKO Protectoboard, a mineral fortified asphalt core board that is factory laminated to an SBS modified bitumen base sheet. The base sheet is constructed with a tough non‑woven reinforced polyester mat strengthened with select glass fiber strands.

IKO ShieldBase 180 Laminated cover boards are a composite of IKOTherm™ CoverShield™ polyisoinsulation that is factory laminated to a nominal 180 weight polyester reinforced SBS modified bitumen base sheet. The product is available in either a film top (ShieldBase 180)or sand top surface (ShieldBase 180Sanded) to suit a variety of cap sheet installation techniques.

High Strength Protectoboard 3 mm (1/8”) is composed of a mineral‑fortified asphaltic core between two layers of high‑strength reinforcing glass fiber mat.
Protectoboard 6 mm (1/4”) is composed of a mineral‑fortified asphaltic core between two layers of high‑strength reinforcing glass fiber mat.

Torchflex TF‑95‑FF‑Base is constructed using an inorganic reinforcing mat of high strength non‑woven glass fibers coated top and bottom with SBS polymers and premium asphalt.
Torchflex TP‑180‑FF‑Base is constructed using a tough non-woven reinforced polyester mat strengthened with select glass fiber strands and coated top and bottom with select SBS polymers and premium asphalt.
IKO Torchflex TP‑180‑SF‑Base (3.0 mm) is made with a tough non-woven reinforced polyester mat strengthened with select glass fiber strands and coated top and bottom with select SBS polymers and premium quality asphalt to an approximate thickness of 3.0 mm (118 mils).
Modiflex MP‑180‑FS‑Base is constructed using a tough non‑woven reinforced polyester mat strengthened with select glass fiber strands.

Modiflex MF-95-SS-Base Fully Adhered Base Sheet is constructed using an inorganic reinforcing mat of high strength non-woven glass fibers. The product is coated top and bottom with select SBS polymers and premium quality asphalt. Both sides are sand covered to allow application via mopping or an IKO-approved cold process adhesive. Modiflex MF-95-SS-Base is an excellent choice for the “lay flat” base sheet in a BUR system or two-ply modified system.

Torchflex TP‑250‑Cap is a heat welded cap sheet reinforced with a tough, non‑woven reinforced polyester mat strengthened with select glass fiber strands. TP‑250‑Cap is the top component in a heat welded roofing system.
